• Mini cupcakes: Minimum 24 per order

• Standard cupcakes: Minimum 12 per order

• Cakes: Minimum 1 cake per order

• Cupcake bouquets: Minimum 1 bouquet per order

3. Can I customise my cupcakes or cakes?
Yes! Choose your flavours (vanilla, chocolate, marble), toppings (chocolate, buttercream, dulce de leche, Nutella), and decorations. We can also create custom designs for themed parties, baby showers, birthdays, weddings, or office gatherings.

4. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order 2–4 days in advance for cupcakes and 3–5 days for cakes to ensure availability and proper preparation.

5. Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery in Montreal. Delivery fees may vary depending on the distance.

6. How should I store my cupcakes or cake?

• Keep cupcakes in a cool, dry place.

• Cakes with cream or buttercream fillings should be refrigerated.

• Consume within 2–3 days for cupcakes and 3–5 days for cakes for the best taste and freshness, but they can last longer without any problem if stored properly.

7. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We offer peanut-free options. Please specify when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.

8. What if I need a last-minute order?
If your order is last-minute, please call or send a WhatsApp message instead of using the website form so we can respond right away.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Square payments directly through our website. For in-person orders, cash and card are accepted only if the payment is made in advance.
